Number two, take care of yourself by starting regular exercise and good sleep habits. Number three, practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques to reduce anxiety. Fourth, identify and challenge your irrational thoughts and beliefs. Five, create an exposure hierarchy and gradually expose yourself to feared situations and objects.
